TRAI Issues draft Regulations on Mobile Number Portability (MNP) in INDIA

The TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) today issued draft Regulations to facilitate Mobile Number Portability (MNP) implementation in India.MNP (Mobile Number Portability) allows a user to change mobile operator without changing the mobile phone number.
